4 Tbs. melted butter
3 Tbs. maple syrup
1 lb of assorted nuts such as pecans, walnuts, almonds and cashews
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cardamom
1 1/2 tsp. salt
pinch of cayenne
Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with tin foil and top with parchment paper.
In a large bowl combine the butter, maple syrup, nuts, curry powder, cinnamon, cardamom, salt and cayenne.
Spread the nuts in an even layer on the baking sheet and bake nuts for 15 to 20 minutes or until the nuts are fragrant and golden brown.
Keep in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks
